I genuinely liked everything from the beginning from the moment they saw us arrive they immediately got our bags on a cart, had us take seat on the sofa, grabbed us iced water and were kind and warm. Our room was super clean, neat, refreshed and had the right touch! We felt very comfortable! Service was great overall and a very professional staff on every level. We met Thiago the bartender and he gave us some great info about the area. Breakfast had a nice variety and loved having room service as an option too. Bellmen all were excellent and attentive and for our exit as well. Very convenient location and you can just Uber to everywhere and it’s inexpensive, etc. The room shower also had great pressure which is always a plus. Extra thank you to housekeeping team that keep this place up and spotless! Lastly, great rooftop with small pool that’s a nice option to go up in the evening to have a beverage too.

Hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff at the door and in the breakfast area are so polite and helpful and greeted us everytime we walking in and out of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious/clean and modern. The shower was very nice. We ordered room service a few times and the food was tasty everytime. The Breakfast was awesome and there is a massive selection of hot and cold food as well as a egg station for omelettes etc. this breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve experienced at any hotel. The rooftop pool area has amazing views of the Copacabana beach and is stunning. Hotel is in a great location and is very easy to get Ubers from there

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff is always ready to assist with any needs, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable—right by Copacabana Beach, with stunning views, and the surrounding area feels very safe and is easy to walk around, making exploring Rio a pleasure. In fact, the whole city felt secure during my stay. The rooftop bar and pool are perfect for relaxing with a drink while enjoying panoramic views. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

Everything!!! The food was amazing in the hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner, all delicious. The staff were friendly, smiley, helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean, bright and exactly like the photos, we stayed in the luxury room with ocean view and balcony. The bed was comfortable and extra big. The location was the best, we often walked the whole Copacabana and Ipanema and for us this was the best location. There are shops, restaurants, pharmacy near.
